Search any government secondary school to see its vacant seats for the 2027 admission. Choose the district and school, then the class. Seats are shown by shift, version, gender and group, as in the official list.
About Vacant Seats
Head teachers enter class-wise vacant seats in the central software, and each school announces them in its admission notice. Each section admits up to 55 students. Class 1 is filled by lottery; Class 2–9 by the written test.
Reserved Seats
Part of the seats are reserved: children of freedom fighters 5%, siblings 3%, twins 2%, special needs 2%, Education Ministry staff 2%. Dhaka Metropolitan schools reserve 40% for their catchment area, and 10% of Class 6 seats go to students from standalone government primary schools.
